He is a nationally-recognized specialist in tax-free corporate finance and has managed financings throughout the United States for a number of major public and private corporations. He has extensive relationships with foreign and domestic banks, insurers and other credit-enhancing institutions. He is also a specialist in financing solid waste and resource recovery projects for public and private borrowers. Prior to entering the securities business, he held treasury management and financial analysis positions for two major domestic corporations.
