Valvier Bright is employed at the Alabama Education Association as Administrative Assistant to the Associate Executive Secretary.  She has earned both a B. S. Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and M.Ed. Degree from Alabama State University.  She is a community activist and has spent over 25 years involved in various community service projects.  She was a member of the Airport Board which approved the initial concept and Phases of the Airport renovation project.  She previously served as Chairman of the Airport Arts Committee and presently serves on the Airport Marketing Committee.
